Venison backstrap is a cut the hunter is seeking within the whitetail forest. Some people see big racks of venison when they hunt, but I have two slices of red gold floating in the trees, waiting to make an appearance in my freezer. Everybody has their own favorite method to prepare venison backstrap, but this recipe is as easy and good as you can get.
